Congratulations for a Baby Girl

Morning friends... I cannot believe that I am posting yet another Post and card... lol   I was commissioned to make a card for a Baby Girl last night and it had to be ready to take to work this morning...  I don't really have Baby Girl or Boy sentiments, but I do have the one on this card which can be used for any gender... you just make a blue or a pink card.  I was really chuffed the way this card came out, so excuse all the photographs...

My friend Paola and I were skyping again last night and she advised me to go for the gingham paper, as I was in a tizz which paper to use, as I have quite a large stash of PINK paper.... I love this gingham and wanted to "hang" onto it for as long as I could, but then Paola reminded me that I could always order some more, so I must use it!  Am pleased I did, isn't it gorgeous ?

The ribbon was purchased from a local shop Deckle Edge, it's a shimmery pink organza... really beautiful IRL (in real life).  The punched border is Cherish Hearts, purchased from Tracy's store, Dies To Die For.  The Congratulations sentiment is also from a local company, Great Impressions.

I really went all out and decorated the inside of this card to match the outside.  Just hope the new Mommy and Daddy will like this one.

Thanks for popping by and leaving a comment... I know I'm always saying that I really enjoy reading them, but I DO!  You guys are the best!

Tons of hugs, Sharon x
