Simply Magnolia (DT) - Colour Combination

Happy Sunday friends and welcome to another challenge at the Simply Magnolia blog..... It's the fun place where all Maggie stamp lovers meet.  If you're visiting for the first time, we'd love for you to play along, as we have some awesome companies sponsoring our challenges.

We have a colour combination this fortnight... It's Red and/or Pink and White.   What a stunning combination.   Please pop along to the challenge blog as our DT sisters have created some stunning projects for your inspiration.

I couldn't resist using Cupid Tilda... she is adorable and just perfect for a Valentine's card.  You can purchase her from  our wonderful sponsor this fortnight, Tilda's Town.

Here's another view of my card, so that you can get a glimpse of the inside.  The beautiful spotted pink and heart paper was a gift from my friend Sandra.  I just knew it would come in handy for one of my DT projects.  Thanks so much Sandra.

Tilda has been coloured with my trusty ol' Copics and I am so pleased with the pleats of her dress this time.  Just seemed to have worked for a change.

I love this view as it gives such a clear picture of the dimension glaze I've used on those red hearts at the tip of Cupid Tilda's arrows and also of the bow itself.  The sentiment is a ticket-shaped one from Kaiser Kraft.

Welcome to some new faces in my Followers list. I am so pleased you found something of interest here at Sharon's Kardz Korner.  Thanks to the regulars and newbies for popping by. I would be delighted if you'd leave a comment, as I have great pleasure in reading them.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.  I hope you have a wonderful week ahead.

Hugs and blessings, Sharon xx

Hi Sharon!
I love your card. Super idea to have the butcher twine looking like the string of a bow ready to shoot that ticket. Your coloring is lovely.
