Quick and Simple Cards

Here are a few Quick and Easy cards to make, especially for those with a small budget.  Even a child could make these.  I find that a lot of clients just want a simple card to give to their children's friends on the occasion of their birthday.  Gifts are so expensive as it is, that they don't want to spend much on a card that will be discarded later.  Perhaps something like this would be acceptable.

I purchased this Docraft Papermania 52 Card Kit from CNA and it is filled with loads of cards and envelopes, patterned paper, flowers and sentiments.

I just went for a very quick and simple look.  Cut red cardstock to create a border for he patterned paper and punched out a few red stars.  I then adhered the sentiment to the cards.  Now, how easy is that?
Likewise, I took yellow cardstock to create a border and once again, using spongy double sided tape, adhered the sentiment to the card.

Ditto, with green cardstock.

I hope this will encourage you to haul out those left over papers and create a few quick and simple cards. Why not donate it to an Old Aged Home near you for the residents ?  Pensioners really need to count every penny they have, so this would be a most welcome gift.

Thanks for popping by, hugs

Hi Sharon. These are lovely little cards! There is always some charity organization out there that one can donate cards to - I love doing that!
