Totally Gorjuss (DT) - Dies and Punches

Welcome to another challenge with the Totally Gorjuss girls.  We have a super one for you this week.  It's Dies and Punches, so go wild!  I have gone for something totally different to what I usually make, hope you like it!

I have used my circle and star dies and my star punch for this creation  The guitar was a freebie from the internet. 

As you can see the theme Dies and Punches was used throughout.  I will show you a pic of the inside below, so that you can get a better view.

Totally Gorjuss (DT) - Thank You

Hi everyone, welcome to my new followers.  I am so thrilled you found something of interest here on my blog.  Thank you so much for joining.

Welcome too to another challenge with the Totally Gorjuss girls.  Net has chosen a lovely challenge for us... we can always do with a few THANK YOU cards now can't we?  I hope my little creation will inspire you to take part.

I have used a gorgeous stamp, Me and my Cat from Lili of the Valley and coloured it in with Copics. The papers are Me To You's Spring Chic.  I am using these so sparingly as they are too beautiful for words.  Finished off with a lovely satin white bow and a pearl centerpiece for effect.  Not sure where I got the sentiment from but methinks it is the first time I am using it.

Totally Gorjuss (DT) - RAWR!

Welcome to another challenge with the Gorjusettes from the Totally Gorjuss challenge blog.  We have a challenging one for you this week... it certainly was one for me, but I think I've nailed it and am sure you will too!   We'd love for you to create something that RAWR's...

I hope my card inspires you to join in the fun.  I have used Simba from the Lion King, which is freely available on the internet for colouring in.  I used Copics again as my colouring medium.  I have teamed him up with a floral stamp from the Molly Bloom range of stamps and then added a few butterflies for Simba to play with.

Here's a closer pic, hopefully you can get a glimpse of the dimension glaze on those petals.

He sure looks as if he's having fun with that butterfly, doesn't he?

Simply Magnolia (DT) - Anything Goes

Hello everyone

Welcome to another challenge at the Simply Magnolia challenge blog.  Tracy has chosen a lovely challenge for you... ANYTHING GOES... so let those creative juices flow.

Our SM DT have created some awesome cards for your inspiration, so if you love Magnolia stamps, do pop around and join in the FUN!  I hope my little creation will inspire you to take part.

This is my newest Tilda to arrive from Sir Stampalot... Celebration Tilda.  The other stamps were purchased from a blogfriend, Pops.  I just love them, don't you ? I masked them to create this lovely picture. Once stamped, I noticed that our Tilda was sitting in fresh air, so I drew a brick wall for her to sit on and it came out quite well, don't you think?

I added some dimension glaze to the flowers and Tilda's hairband, not sure if this pic picks it up so well.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The butterflies are from Kaisercraft. The sentiment I have had for ages but use it far too seldom.

Totally Gorjuss (DT) - Pink and Green

Morning Bloggers

Welcome to another challenge with the Totally Gorjuss girls.  Have we got a fab colour combo for you this week... PINK and GREEN.  This must be one of the favourite colour combinations ever, so hope you'll pop around and play along.  Here's my little effort... excuse the picture overload,  hope you like it!

I have made one of my little notepads for a stamping/blogging friend.  This little Tilda with her blanket is a newbie that arrived last week. Awwww... ain't she sweet?

 

I've used my trusted Copics to colour her in.

 

Here is the final gift, with the ribbon tied into a nice bow to keep the pad closed.

Totally Gorjuss (DT) - A Sketch

Hello again and welcome to another challenge with the Totally Gorjuss girls...  Net has given us a fabulous sketch to work with, I am sure you will love this one...

I have used a Whiff of Joy stamp.  It is one of Elisabeth Bell's adorable angels... I so enjoyed using her again.  I think she's Melinda hugging heart.

This card was made with love for a very brave little girl, Alana Johnson.  Alana lives in the USA and has a rare form of leukaemia.  She and her family are friends of Donalda.  Donalda has appealed to the crafty community to send a little card of love, as she is not feeling too well right now.  I was only too happy to oblige. You can read all about it HERE.

A few peeks of the inside which compliments the sketch on the outside.

And one last pic to share, which I hope shows the glitter on our angels wings.  The butterfly looks black on the pics, but it is actually a lovely chocolate brown.
