Gosh, but the weekend has almost flown by, hasn't it ? Kendall and I spent a very productive day today. She baked an Apple Pie for the first time, whilst I started on one of those Journals I was telling you about in a previous post. Both of us had such FUN !
Here's a few pics of Kendall's Apple Pie which I just have to share with you. Comments will be most welcome... LOL, so that I can share it with her...
The Rolling Pin was a new purchase today.
The Apples and Raisins are on the brew at the back
and in the front, the bottom crust has already been baked in the oven.
Here's the finished Pie - it smelt delicious ! Nothing like the smell of home baking in a home.
I was offered a piece whilst I was crafting, so excuse the papers and glue in the background.
Mmmmmm, a very tasty treat for a first time effort.... WELL DONE Kendall!!!
Thanks for allowing me to share this with you all... that's what friends are for hey!
I have completed the altered Journal for my friend Susan and will be putting a post together this evening, so please pop around tomorrow to have a look. I'd love to share it with you.
Take care, hugs Sharon x

MMMMMM....I can almost smell that delicious looking pie....it is also a very pretty pie, much better than my first attempt!
Good Morning Sharon and Kendall
Pretty please, if you get the urge to bake another apple pie, I will gladly take it off your hands, LOL.
You did a very good job of making the apple pie, me I always just make the quick one, the one where you do not need to make a dough (to much work for me), so I take my hat off to you for doing it the proper way, it looks amazing and I am sure it also tasted amazing.
Thank you for sharing the photos with us, you only made me very "lis" for apple pie, LOL.
Have a great day.
Hugs,
Marika
What a sweet treat of your daughter!!!
Hugs,
Lins
