Isn't she a Sweet 'n Sassy Girl?

I just adore Sweet 'n Sassy by Elisabeth Bell.  I find her the cutest little button ever and never tire of colouring her in.  I thought she would suit the challenge at Cute Card Thursday perfectly as their challenge #97 is Blooming Gorgeous and to me she is just that!!!  As time is of the essence in this very busy world of ours, I've combined this challenge with Colour Create Challenge and coloured her in using soft pinks, blues, greys and whites. I've used this overall colour scheme for my card as well.  The DP is very old stash which has come in very handy now. I didn't want to detract from the DP so the embellishments are few but still effective.  A few roses in keeping with CCThursday's feature for flowers... Added a pale soft organza ribbon in keeping with CCChallenge's request to keep it feminine and pretty. Please note the gorgeous Sparkles in each corner which I received today from AnnaBelle Stamps. This is what I chose with the voucher I won in their challenge. The colour is Blossom. They have an amazing range of colours, it was a very difficult decision to make, but now that I have it in my hands, I'm pleased with my choice. I hope you like this card as much as I enjoyed making it and I'd love to read your comments, if you'd like to leave one.

Cute Card Thursday and Crazy 4 Challenges

Hello again... I am trying to catch up with the challenges that are on the go at the moment.  I've managed to combine 2 challenges with this card.  Cute Card Thursday's challenge is to create a Fairy Fantastic card.  As you can see my Fairy which is a digistamp from Elisabeth Dulemba is fantastic.  I've used her before.  Crazy 4 Challenges's challenge is to create a card Pretty in Pink.  I think I've complied with both.

The recipe for my card is as follows

Base:  Pink cardstock
DP: Lovely embossed and glittered butterfly paper from old stash that I have
Image: Elisabeth Dulemba's fairy, coloured in with my Copics
Embellies:  Pink spotted ribbon, fairy charm, pink ribbon and a brad.  Rhinestones just completed the glitz and glam.

For the inside of the card I matted white card for the message onto a darker pink card. Then I cut part of a flower and butterfly from the DP and glued onto the top left hand corner.
