Hello friends... a quick post this evening. I thought I would share this card which I made last night for a colleague who is leaving us at the end of this month. I was informed what colours she liked and this is what I came up with. The base of the card is brown cardstock and the lovely patterned paper I've used before and it is unfortunately the last thereof (will have to try to remember where I purchased it and get some more). I embellished with a lovely orange ribbon with white dots, some flowers and pearls which I coloured in with my copics. The charm is a lovely starfish one and some brads. The sentiment I typed out. The image is a digi one by Elisabeth Dulemba. Please visit her website, she has tons of digi stamps. Just read her Angel policy. I've been in touch with Elisabeth via email and she's quite happy for us to use her images. I can see myself using a lot of these in future.
Here's the inside of the card. I used yellow cardstock for a border and then matted the last of the patterned paper onto that. I then added a small white piece of paper in the centre for the message and embellished with a green rhinestone in each corner. I thoroughly enjoyed making this card and the recipient was very happy with it. Hope you like it too... and if you do, it would be kind of you to leave a comment. Thanks so much, hugs Sharon
