Kendall and I watched the DVD
Water for Elephants last night and I just had to share it with you all. With all the rubbish they show on television in SA, I haven't watched a movie for quite some time now and so I took time off crafting to enjoy this movie with her and I was pleasantly surprised.
The Storyline
After his parents' death, Jacob Jankoski is left penniless and homeless. Events lead him to joining the circus as their vet, working under their unstable boss August whose violent tendencies give everyone reason to be cautious around him, including his beautiful and quiet wife Marlena, whom August is very possessive of and who Jacob finds himself soon falling in love with.

We had a good giggle afterwards.... it was nice seeing
Robert Pattinson in the "pink" so to speak, as we've only seen him as the pale-faced
Edward in the
Twilight series.
