Birthday cards to share...

Oh wow.... My stunning friend, Sandra, in the UK that has been sending me not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, but 5 birthday gifts, which I am not to open until my birthday on 2nd August...  My friends tell me they would never be able to do it i.e. resist the temptation to open them... Let me tell you, I have even amazed  myself that I have resisted for so long...hehehe

What's the fun of opening them all now and then on my birthday there is nothing to open... agreed ?  I've also been sent an envelope with a card and goodies from my friend Rene.   I was about to open it, but then read her message in big black letters - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL YOUR BIRTHDAY !  Yikes... that stopped me in my tracks very quickly...lol   A new friend, Madeline, also sent me a birthday card with instructions not to open until my birthday...  So, there you go, all will be revealed next week and I can share the details with you all... (smile).

Right, now as there were no instructions with these 2 cards, I thought I would share them with you all, as they are far too beautiful to keep to myself....

Received from my lovely friend and RSA sister, Gail Grant.  Thanks so much for the beautiful card Gail and the awesome gifts of ribbon and paper pad. So kind of you to think of me!  Gail's card is absolutely stunning and the inside is just as decorative.

I also received this beautiful Magnolia card from my Simply Magnolia DT sister, Inge.  I was thrilled that she thought of me.  Wow... you should see the glitter on this card IRL (in real life)... Beautiful work, just love these pale colours and that designer paper is stunning. Thanks so much Inge for your thoughtfulness. It was lovely receiving a card all the way from Holland!

That's it from me...  Thanks for sharing the first of my birthday cards with me.  It's a huge privilege to be able to share them with you on my blog.   Tons of hugs, Sharon x
