Anything Goes (DT) - Anything Goes

Welcome to another challenge at the Anything Goes challenge blog.  We're kicking off with an easy one for you.... it's ANYTHING GOES

I've made a mental note to start using some of my non-Magnolia stamps and decided to go with 2 of Elisabeth Bell's this time.  Both are available or were available from Whiff of Joy.  This is Willow with Flower Basket.  I'd forgotten just how adorable and delicate she is.  I've masked her with this gorgeous background and they worked well together.  Unfortunately a bit large, so I didn't have a nestie for it and had to just cut it into a square which took up most of the space on my card...urgh!

The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps. First time I'm using this one I think.  Funny how we forget what stamps we have, that's why I decided to catalogue mine so that I can just flip through my book to see what I have.

The background paper is from the Prima Marketing Sparkling Spring Collection called "Rosebud". I bought this from Paola and will have to make a note to ask her for some more.

Once again we'd like to encourage you to shop at the Craft Den where there are so many goodies for you to buy.

Thanks for popping by and if you'd like to leave a comment, that would be GREAT!

Happy crafting, hugs Sharon x

Hi Sharon.....it's a beautiful stamp, I love these ones tooo! I don't think it's to big at all, your card is awesome, like always. The thinking of you "stamp" is perfect with this image, it's like she's looking at the recipient and the sentiment says what's on her mind as your eyes meet, it's so perfect, I love it.
By the way hun, wanted to wish you a very happy and prosperous 2012, big hugs :)

Good Morning

I love this card, the image is so pretty that the fact that it uses so much space on your card is totally okay. As always you have out done yourself. I love the sentiment stamp to, very, very nice.

I am so glad that you mentioned that you are cataloging your stamps, that is something that I also want to start doing, just need to find a nice journal that does not have lines. Then I also need to find a way to store my stamps as at the moment I keep them in their packaging, but that is not going to work for much longer. Any tips will be appreciated.

Have a great day.

Hugs,
Marika
