Totally Gorjuss (DT) - Sentiment as main focus

Greetings friends... the challenge at Totally Gorjuss this week is just up my street... It calls for a focus on a SENTIMENT.

I find that there is such beautiful paper out there, why cover it will all sorts of embellishments and images. Hope you like my creation.

Recipe for this creation
Paper:  Pink cardstock for a change, layering black cardstock on top to create a border for my patterned paper, which is from a Bazzill Basics Paper pad, called Vintage Marketplace
Sentiment:  I am not sure where I purchased this from, but it a lovely big sentiment should you just want to focus on that.
Pearls: From my stash
Border: Martha Stewart's Vintage Doily corner punch

The sponsor for this challenge of a Gift Voucher is Crafter's Companion. They have an awesome list of products, so do pay them a visit.

Hope to see you at the challenge.  Thanks so much for popping by once again.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Thinking of my Dad today, as it would have been his 79th birthday.   Not a day goes by without us thinking of you and missing you, Daddy !

Gorgeous card hun. Those papers are just so pretty. I love the black contrasting with the soft pink and the shading on the sentiment. Lovely border dies too.

Thanks for your emails too. I did see on the TG blog that there had been problems on the email, and Net had asked for people to resend, which I did do, but still haven't heard anything back again. Poor Net must be inundated so I'll drop it, but thank you for your help honey, it was appreciated.

ps hope your sunburn is better now, and if you want any of our rain then you can have it! We got another drenching today, so rain is something we don't need any more of. The rail track a couple of miles away from us in Dawlish has been badly damaged which has cut off the whole of the SW of England rail-wise. I'm meant to be going to London in 6 weeks, but it is not looking good as they say the track will take longer than that to fix as the whole sea wall has gone, and the track was on top of it. :0( It's really cut off 2 counties of the country. That's on top of the thousands of houses that are damaged too, especially in Somerset which is the next county to us. Sad times. Send us some sunshine please! :0)
Have a lovely weekend. xxxx
