Hello again

Welcome to my blog to view another creation which I have made for the Totally Gorjuss challenge.  It's a Sweet affair this time, so I've made one of my little Shopping / To Do lists again.

Totally Gorjuss (DT) - Traditional Christmas Colours

Well, was I pleased to see what Net had chosen for our challenge this week!!! lol   I am waaay behind with my Christmas card stash, that it was a huge pleasure having to make a Christmas card using Traditional Christmas Colours.  Do pop along to view the other Gorjusettes' creations at the Totally Gorjuss challenge blog, you will not be disappointed!

Don't you just love this Sugar Nellie SANTA with Tree.  He is so adorable.  You can purchase him from Funkykits. The papers are Forever Friends Gift Wrapped, which I bought from my friend Paola.  It is an A4 double sided pad and the texture is lovely. Nice and firm card too, which I like.   The sentiment is one of Magnolia's, purchased from Sir Stampalot.  Their service is outstanding!  Santa has been coloured in with Copics.

Here is a side view, for you to get a peek at the decoration inside.  And below is a close up of the sentiment.  Funny, how the tune sticks in your head when you read it!  He sees you when you're sleeping. He knows when you're awake, he knows when you've been bad or good, So be good for goodness sake!  la...la...la...

And one more little picture to share.  I mounted SANTA onto the circle with double sided foam tape.

Totally Gorjuss (DT) - Oooh la la

Welcome to another challenge at Totally Gorjuss. It is our DT sister Marianne's birthday today, so Happy Birthday Marianne, hope it's a good one!

Right... our challenge this week is OOOH LA LA.  Interpret that how you wish and let's see what fabulous creations you're going to come up with !  Our DT have come up with some very ooh-la-la-ish creations for your inspiration... please pay them a visit and give some love!

This cutie is Dress Up Maggie from an older Sugar Nellie range. I've used her now for the second time. She is so adorable though isn't she? Just gotta love that hat and pursed lips...hehe

Another angle, hope you can see the dimension glaze that I used on her handbag and hatband. The lovely summer paper was a freebie pack that came with a magazine I purchased.  A bit bright I know, but so summery looking... which is what we're looking forward to after the winter.

Totally Gorjuss (GDT) - Summertime

Yay... it's Saturday!!!!  How wonderful is that...   Please join in the fun this week at Totally Gorjuss, where the challenge is to create a Summertime card or project. 

Here's my little card for your inspiration... I am showcasing a Snoesjes stamp for the first time, which was a gift from my dear friend Sandra... ain't she cute?  She really looks as if she's enjoy her summertime doesn't she? 

I've combined a few stamps to create this pretty picture and have drawn a few birds in the sky so that it doesn't look so bare.  The sentiment is from LOTV and I've managed to use some buttons for a change.
